Sir I have 3 cases - DV , 125 & divorce case. In 498a case there is stay from highcourt. I am in job so it become very difficult to attend all the cases on different dates.
I want to combined all the cases. I want to know whether there is any law/judgement regarding this?
Assuming all the cases filled in the same court, you can put up application in High court for same date in all the three cases.
