I have a joint locker account with my mother .. But only I have been operating it as it has only my jewels.. She passed away in 2017 n i d missed getting her death certificate. Now for revision of locker agreement that is required. .i don t have her aadhar card . How can I apply for her certificate. Also is it possible to surrender the locker without the certificate?

Without her death certificate you cannot transfer the locker account to your single account.
Besides the legal heirs of your mother have to give their consent for this.
It is a bit lengthy and cumbersome process, you may be in touch with the bank manager about all such further formilities to be complied therewith.
