If a Private Limited Company is Applying the The 5 Seperate Application For Trade Mark He is To Execute the 5 Separate Tm 48 / POA For the Same Or One Copy of the Said with Certfied Xerox is enough.

one poa notarised and signed by authorised signatory is enough to file various tm application of one company.

The law is either you get a Gpa on a stamp paper of Rs 100/- in your favour and sun bmit copies of the same with the appln. Otherwise you have to have tm-48 on 5 stamp papers and which need to be filed in original. In fact the best course is to have General Power of Attorney. It is advisable to file a General power of attorney in original with the first application and file photo copies of it with each of the other applications mentioning the application number with which you had filed the original GPA.THE office would be able to link the files for checking.
