Title document of property in delhi

Hello,

I purchased a commercial property in Delhi this year. For which registration of the sale deed has been done.

Can someone please let me know how I can get the title trasferred in my name? Is mutation sufficient for this?

Dear Sandeep, one you get the documents registered then authomatically title is transferred to you. But you need to get the mutation done on your name, otherwise the property owner still show the earlier owner only. I hope only mutation is enough after getting the documents registered. After getting mutation done, i request you to check the Property owner through EC & Property Tax.
