Title clearance report

I want to get Title clearance for housing loan for purchase of flat in co op housing service society in ahmedabad as per bank rule.

Now Advocate wants to check for Original Land purchase agreement evenafter certified copy of agreement available. Builder is not ready to show original agreement. I could not get TC without getting verified original Land purchase agreement.

My Questions are

1 Can i force to builder to show Original Land purchse Agreement???

2. How can i convey to Vakil to issue TC on basis of zerox copy of Land purchse agreement??

you need to ask the builder to show the original document at its office and your builder shall inspect the same. Regards, Advocate Rohit Dalmia 9324538481

Normally the land purchse agreement will be in the possession of the Builder/coop society only. Because the builder cannot give only one document to several flat owners. He can give only certified copy. If the bank officials insist to show the original, either the bank officials shall come to the builder or the builder can go to the bank officials and show the document.
