It is tough to answer that how many days will the Court will condone as there is legal establishment of rejection of prayer of condonation for delay for even single day, and had condoned the delay of as much days as 13 years ... but it all depends upon the facts of case as well as the bonafide cause of delay ..

Dear Querist,

There is no straight jacket formula by which a mathematical precision can be drawn to lawfully give opinion as to how many days would the Hon'ble Court entertain for condonation of the delay. Be that as it may, for delay to be condoned, one has to show his/her bonafide by giving sufficient and reasonable cause for such delay in filing the SLP as as in the present case.

Trust this would suffice.
