An Injunction order is passed in a suit till the matter is finally decided by the competent courts. If an injunction order has been passed an appeal can be filed against that order or if the circumestances have changed the same court which passed the injunction order can change vary its own order.

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     04 December 2013

If the injunction was passed as an ex-parte order, the opposite party may file a petition to set aside the same and in the result if the court is satisfied the injunction may be vacated.  An Ad-interim injunction order shall remain until the opposite party contests and gets it vacated.
