hi all... session court order in DVC appeal - details are - copy application dt. 05.03.10, copy ready and delivered on 30.03.10.
If we want to file review petition in High court, what is the time allowed and under which section it is to be filed? some body said it is 2 months and some body said it is 3 months and even in summer holidays also it can be filed..
kindly advise...

Review is made by same court which had pased the order.
However,There is no provision of review in criminal matters. I think you are asking about revision, for which limitation is 90 days.

Review in the same court but revision in 90 days. exclude copy apply days. contact any lawyer for more detail or send your location to file revision.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday sought to know the time limit for filing of review petitions in cases it has heard. A bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices A M Khanwilkar and D Y Chandrachud said this after Vikas Singh, who was convicted by the Punjab and Haryana High Court, sought to Aisles of Glory rewards file a review petition in the apex court.
