Time limit to file a case

Hi

I have sent a legal notice to a company as they failed to give me a job inspite of giving me a joining letter twice and accused me of absconding from work later when  i never even worked in the company for an hour.

After the legal notice was sent, my lawyer informed me that i would have a year's time to file the complain in the court of law. However since the court fee was about 1.48 L , i couldnt afford it and hence the one year period lapsed.

This is the second year and i want to know under what conditions i might be eligible to file the case again.

Thank You

Parsia

Did you report to join on the date mentioned in joining letter?

Do you have evidence (audio/video/minuted/witnessed) etc?

The company that failed to give you the job and company that issued joining letter are same or not?
