Time limit to approach drt under rddb act...

Dear Friends,

What is the time   limit to approach DRT under RDDB Act ....?

What is  the court fee to be paid at DRT to file  O.A for recovery certificate and court fee for  I.A...?

In the Interim Application,  what are the relief can be sought from RDDB...?

you may approach the DRT within a period of 3 years from the date cause of Action arose. 

In the I.A., The Tribunal may make an interim order (whether by way of injunction or stay or attachment) against the defendant to debar him from transferring, alienating or otherwise dealing with, or disposing of, any property and assets belonging to him without the prior permission of the Tribunal.
