Time limit for the execution

Your query under order XXXVII CPC for immovable property is very vague, devoid of details about the Rule  and other particulars, please raise a proper query with details to get a proper opinion.

Dear Sir

This is for Moveable Property

Decree against the defendant was given in 2010 , now more than 3 yrs

Bank did not file the execution till date

Decree is based only on order 37

- Can bank act against defendant or get orders from the court without going in to the execution ?

- No notice till date is issued to defendant after the decree
