Time limit for stamp duty payment

An "Agreement To Sell" has been signed on 25th Feb, 2019 .... 15 days being the time agreed upon to complete the deal.

It has to be enforced as the seller has defaulted.

What is the time period one has, to pay the correct stamp duty payable on the agreement, before submission in court?

Hello Sir,

Generally, stamp duty should be paid on or before the date of executing a document. The instrument can be written on plain paper and stamp duty can be paid through DD or pay order within two months from the date of execution of the instrument.
