Hi,
An employee terminated in year 1976 due to some fraud committed by him has filed an application in labour court for claiming gratuity.
As the matter is too old, we are unable to trace any records and his employee ID.
What should we do to win the case?
As per sec 7 of Payments of Gratuity Act, no limitation is fixed to claiim gratuity amount .Employer has to disburs the gratuity amount as soon as they received claim petition without any delay.
