Wanted to know whether there is any time limit available for taking up cases of WP (ORIGINAL) for admission in Bombay HC as cases on service matters are pending for admission for 6-8 months as there is only one Hon Court to deal with all cases of admission.
If there is a time limit then whether Respondent can take any measure apart from "production"if Petitioner is not interested in pursuing matter
