Time limit for certified copies-urgent urgent

Hi All,After disposal of case, Is there any time limit to apply for certified copies? If so how many days? Please advise. Thanks to all..

no time limit as such as long as the records are not destroyed.

Lower court records are destroyed after the specified span (in civil manual/criminal manuals) of years of records keeping.

Applying certified copies in case of appeal may depend, as appeal has to be made with such certified copies of judgments.

There is a procedure called applying for copies and to pay the court fee for the copies through a lodgement application, contact your lawyer he will do it for you. About court fee, you have to enquire locally because it differs from one state to another.
