Time frame

High Court gave one judgement in 2003.

AG gave his decision to implement court order in 2008.

Till judgement not implemented by authorities and still saying waiting for AG decision.

Is it possible to file a review or writ petition after about 19 years of judgement by the concerned authorities.

Is there any time frame to file review or writ petition over the High Court Judgement.

Requesting valuable guidance please.

Quick Summary
This discussion concerns a High Court judgement from 2003 that has yet to be implemented, despite the Attorney General's decision in 2008. The authorities are still citing the AG's decision as a reason for the delay, which has now stretched to 19 years. The user is seeking guidance on whether it's possible to file a review or writ petition after such a long period and if there are any time limits for doing so. Advice suggests approaching the High Court for delay and contempt of court.

What made to wait for implementation of High Court order stated to have been passed in the year 2003 i.e, 20 years ?

What is the opinion and advise of the lawyer engaged by you ?
