Time for judgment

dear all,

 what is the time required to get justice from civil court for land disputes?

Hi Rajesh,


There is no specific time period for getting the judgment in civil cases. However if you are able to put your witnesses at the earliest time then there is possibility of pronouncing the  judgment at the earliest. THERE CANT BE ANY GUESSES ON WITHIN HOW MUCH TIME PERIOD THE JUDGMENT WOULD BE PRONOUNCED AS THE COURT HAS TO HEAR BOTH SIDES BEFORE COMING TO THE CONCLUSION.

No time can be fixed for that. As Justice demands the complete appreciations of evidences. till the time all the evidences and other proceedings are not complete judgments are not pronounced, except in the cases of ex-parte judgments. so it all depends upon the completition of proceedings
