Hi ,

I filed a appeal case u/s 34 in session court in 3 sep 2012.First hearing started at 3rd October 2012.Opposite party has replied on 26th january 2013 after 2 subsequent hearing.Does this count as time barred because of expiry of 90 days..What other remedies the opposite have?

Dear Mr. Rupesh..

indian limitaion act provides for limitation for every application and appeal, and where no limitaion is provided then 3 years.

but no limitaion is provided for filing rreply to the appeal of arbitration act. though limitaion of 30 days of filing cross objections is there.
