We have lost a case in 2015 IN THE COURT OF CIVIL JUDGE JUNIOR DIVISION.
Court Oder : Suit hereby Decreed.
We have made appeal in District court for same.
I just want to know up to which court we can make appeal against this decision?
I mean to say if District court also keep junior court decision as it is, Can we apply in Bombay High Court?

Yes, you are correct in your assumption that you can move against the district court's decision by moving to the High Court of the same jurisdiction. (Bombay High Court in your case.)
