Threats from criminal

Dear Sir,

Subject: - Current state of Law & order in Bangalore

There is a big Don (Rowdy & criminal) by name Tanveer who is resident of Bismilla nagar,

Bangalore-29, recently he has threatened to kill our family members,

After he threatened to kill our family members we were about to go to police station and to lodge a complaint against him, he stopped us and said even if we complain to police, the

Police cannot do anything to him, he says he has very good contact in police, he claimed he has recently murdered someone in this Bismilla nagar, Bangalore-29, and said police did nothing to him after he did this murder,

Sir, this is a serious issue and shows lack of security / law and order in the society, if the people like Tanveer stays in each area of Bangalore, they will create Hell for the citizen, many software professionals stays in bangalore and they require a peaceful life due to their stress work,

As Tanveer is a very big criminal & goonda I request you to take proper investigations of his previous crimes and take required action against him and people like him and put them behind the bars.

Sir, if action against these people is not taken they will gradually become underworld dons and cause more trouble to the innocent citizen,

U can file private complain case of threat and extortion at local CJM court.

U give written complain to all concerning Police officials and keep the received copy with u.

Further u can take this matter into the notice of HC thru writ and seek protection from HC. Consult any good criminal lawyer and good lawyer of HC.

U can file PIL at HC for proper investigations of his previous crimes and take required action against him.

Also Kiran Bedi run an NGO, u may write to her about the complain, she will send it to DGP of Karnataka and Police will have to register the case.

Face the situation boldly, there is nothing to fear.

Most of these goonda types are bullies and cowards at heart. If you show that you are willing to stand up and fight, they will run away. Besides he is bluffing when he says he has murdered someone and the police is unwilling to act against him. Even in India, it is not easy to get away with murder, especially in a city like Bangalore.
