Threat to my wife's safety over phone call

I am jn Qatar and my relative has threatened to harm my wife in my absence. how can I notify the law incase something happens to her

She only can give a complaint to the police about this persisting threats. If the caller is identified she can mention the name of the caller in her complaint and seek legal action as well as protection
