call attend and record that voice and clear who is calling to you and find it and file police coplaint against that number holder

hai... my dear learned counsel friends.... thank you all.
in case of threaten calls, u need to institute the private complaint in the court of law. meanwhile u need to record the call conversation.

no need for private complaint u just write a complaint in your words and file in police station if police not accepting tht complaint then send via register post and cc to DCP office. in application u mention the telepone no timeing of call ect.
