Third party sale

As per the registered WILL,a coshare holder of the undivided property has give one months notice to other coshare holders before selling his share to a third-party ,query is if no notice is given & sells his share,what are legal consequence's.

Co sharer does not give notice to other co sharer for their consent to sell his undivided share and sell his undivided share in such situation other co sharer can file suit for injunction and get restrained seller for not to deliver possession of sold property to buyer until and unless whole property does not partitioned.
