Pl tell me all the procedure related to the redevelopment in mumbai, mY queries are as below
1,. after signing the letter of consentement with all the member of the society what procedure the buider shuold follow.
2. what should be done if builder is delaying the project after signing the consent letter from the member of the soiety.
in our case the buillder has all the consentement letter with all the member of the society, its more then one and half year, whenever we ask them about the procedure the builder totally blmes Mhada and B.M.C for not taking the step and not providing the further N.O.C And I.O.D.because of this delay all the resident of the locality are suffering. pl advise what best can be done i n this case.
