I am going to purchase a flat(Co-operative Society) at Kolkata, details are given below:
1. Property owner(Mr. X) and now he expired.
2. Mr. X have 3 childrren(adult) and his Wife and they are planning to sale the property.
3. Still property registered on Mr. X.
Please guide me to purchase the property and tell me the procedure, also please let me know how to get home loan.
