In the mean time The defendant approached Police station to file FIR on fabrication of the docs. police refused to accept the complaint by stating that it is Civil in nature and case is pending on court.

Defendant file PCR and got the direction to police station and FIR filed. but after investigation, they found that, it's fabricated. However they have closed FIR due to political pressure.

Dear Queriest,

You have to option of filing perjury against the petitioner. Giving false evidence, according to Section 191 of the Indian Penal Code, is when a person who is obligated to tell the truth by oath or express provision of law makes a false statement or a statement that he doesn't believe to be true or believes to be false. Giving false evidence is what perjury is all about.
