The indian succession act section 372

1. What about (if a Pb. STATE govt employee dies during his or her service time) the distribution of post death benefits? In case he is survived by his wife and kids. Also by mother, married sister WHERE AS her mother has signed an affidavit along with his father to disown and debar him from their property. The advertisement was published in local daily newspapers by father disowning him.

2. What does section 372 of The Indian Succession Act states about it?

though mother is class one heir so she is entitled for retiral benefits of her son but sister is not class one heir so she has no right to claim. So far disowning is concerned, that may amount to estoppel for her(mother) but legally she is entitled for such benefits.
