An FIR u/s 156(3) was lodged against agent for causing fraud. The police did not investigate the matter and submitted cancellation report to court on grounds on point of territorial jurisdiction. The complainnant alongwith advocate gave number of cititation of SC. The ADA did not file any objections and the court gave final hearing and order the police to reinvestigate. My query is that the court has passed the orders since two months but the police still not taking any action against the accused nor investigated the matter. Upon asking the police they reply that since the trial cannot be taken at this place they will discuss with ADA. Kindly advice that when the court has order for investigations and still police not taking any action nor investigation can I again approach the court under what section so that police can take action.
