Dear Experts,
Ours is a 10 storied building. We have 2 lifts and 2 staircases. Number of flats 68.
Some resident are seeking permission from the committee to use terrace roof for the purpose of private parties and social functions.
My question to you if more than 50% of flat owners are agreeing to idea of using terrace for private parties can this be allowed. Yes some amount of rent will be charged. But the security and disturbance will always be an issue.
If private parties are held then food preparation will also take place. Is this logical and legitimate.
