Termination without notice pay

Hello Team,

I am terminated from service without notice pay of 3 months, can I go to labour court?

My monthly salary is 150000

What is the process?

Thanks,

Ram

Quick Summary
If you've been terminated from your job without the notice pay stipulated in your employment contract, you may be able to take legal action. It's advisable to first formally demand the outstanding payment from your employer and retain evidence of this request. If the employer doesn't respond favourably within a week, you can then consider pursuing legal avenues, such as filing a suit for recovery. Consulting a local employment lawyer is highly recommended to assess your specific situation and guide you through the process.

Whether you demanded the salary for the notice period as per the terms of your employment from the company and have documentary evidence for that, if not first issue a legal demand notice, wait for their reply for seven days and then resort to legal action by filing a suit for recovery of your amount  that you are due to get form the company.
