Dear Team ,
Is there any HIgh Court or Supreme Court rulings that realting to decision against Termination of Service by an employer .
As I have been terminated by the Company on teh girunds that I did not take up a position they offerred in Chennai . They still have open positions locally but are not willing to offer it to me or give any reason why such an opening can be given to me locally
