my wife joined a reputed pvt school in Kanpur on 1st Feb 18. Her appointment letter doesn't mention either probation period or contractual. it simply mentions her salary and documents to be submitted. yesterday she was given a call by the owner of the school and asked not ro come from Monday. no reasons were given even orally. what action should we take?
