termination of license - for licensor

The Licensors or Licensee can terminate license by giving one month written notice from said before expiry of the said leased period .

If the above mentioned is the clause stated on the leave and license agreement is it releant for the licensor to give a calander month's notice ( 1st - 30th)  or just a months notice ( eg. 13 jan 2010 to 13 - Feb -2010) is correct.

Request your advice.

It is not a calendar month. The difference is between a month's notice and 30 days notice. If it is a month's notice, it is (in the instant case) 13th Jan to 12th Feb and if it is 30 day notice, one has to count 30 days between the days,'vasudevan
