Termination of Employment

last month on 4 nov I had joined Cars24 as manager Training and I was on training. Till last week on 28 of nov my boss told me that you have to take a certification I had taken the certification lekin mai usme fail ho gya tab unhone ek mail dali jisme likha tha ki dusra attempt nahin dete lekin aapko diya ja raha hai lekin agar aap clear nahin karoge to aapko resign karna padega dusre attempt mei bhi mai fail ho gaya aur ab HR resign karne ko bol raha hai lekin join karte time yeh baat nahin boli gayi thi ki aapko resign karna padega agar aap certification clear nahin karoge toh na hai offer letter mein na ki joining letter mein kahin likha tha
[Phir meri kal HR se baat hui ki mujhe bataya nahin gaya tha aur mujhe compensation milna chahiye toh usne bola monday tak ka time do

sir truly understand your point lekin kahi bhi offer ya joining letter mei yeh nahin lika tha ki agar certification nahin clear kiya toh nikal diya jayega

if such is a case I am unable to perform then also they should give me 2 to 3 notices that improve your performance but here just they are terminating without giving any prior information of that clause
