Termination of employment

Dear Members of this Elite Club,

Need your help to understand, can any IT/ITES organisation take arbitrary stand to terminate a mid management employee without giving any feedback / having any discussion? Need your help on this at the earliest.

IT/ITeS companies have no special or unique status.

Any employer should grant opportunity of fair hearing and natural justice.

The employer might claim that termination was by Termination Simplicitor and not stigmatic.

In any case termination order if arbitrary can be contested.

You may consult an able counsel specializing in labor-service matters with all papers on record.

Working with a life insurance company ,which has issued termination letter without discussing us the reason or asking for resignation, our attendance is accepted in the system till now ,what do we do

Response is same as posted above.

Demand of resignation can be termed offence and deemed termination.

Now there are unions of Private Life Insurance compnay employees in many states, and these can also help.

Can we continue marking attendance ,also our salary is on hold ,can we ask for release of salary, when should the matter reported to labour court

You may contnue to do whatever you deem fit.

You may contest the termination order.

It shall be better if you consult an able counsel specializing in labor-service matters with all docs on record ASAP.
