Transfer of employee is asolute right of the employer, numbers of ruling of SC are available.

You see, this is the unfair labour practice adopted by employer when they want to remove workman from services. If you know that the employer wants to terminate you and there is sufficient proof which you can produce, that the employer is willing to terminate you, you can file an industrial dispute for the dispute which is apprehended.
