Filing TEP RTI and looking for help..

I have a 10rs postal order and do i need to write anything on this...

I am writing this RTI to Public information officer,Hyd..

Culd someone help me on this..

I have made RTI and other docs ready..

Nothing is to be written on the Rs. 10/- Non-Judicial Court Fee Stamp.

Sir,

The postal order is to be made payable to "The Accounts Officer of the Department concerned"  and the "name of the sender" to be written on the lower right hand corner of front of the postal order.
