i filed TEP and TEP RTI and the reply received stating no personal info will be disclosed. so i filed TEP RTI first appeal and unfortunately i received it very late and in that it is mentioned that i should visit the appellate office on some day. i got the postal very late (2 weeks from the day of visit) due to my apartment secuirty men who misplaced the postal.
now that i got the news very late and missed the date of appearance. am i liable for anything? has the authority taken any decision on the appeal despite my absence? Please let me know what to do. has anyone faced similar situations before?
