Tenent civil court case, senior citizens getting harassed.

Hi sir, My mother is senior citizen, we have. Small house which was rented to my cuisine 12year back to start n run a small coaching center on emotional grounds since he was unemployed. Today his coaching has started earning good and he doesn't want to move out of the house, on contrary he filed a false case against my mom saying that she threatened him on his life and is forcing me to leave the gouse, I am their Tenent running coaching center where will I go... Now my parents are getting harassed going to the lawyers trying to get their own house back. Currently we stay in gov quaters but we will need to shift to our own house... But with this case now we are not even allowed to enter the house. Kindly let me know the smart n quick way to get the house back from him.
