It is the noticiation issued by the Commissioner Of Police under the ordinance passed by Home Ministry , for security purpose,to keep check on unwanted elements taking shelter, and hence the NOC of Police is required to verify identification and is made mendatory while entering in to such agreements. Notarisation is required while approaching Polic but registration is optional.
