Would like to start topic on "Co-operative Housing Societies" Rules and Rights.
If we have a Tenant who is creating nusance in the housing society and society has spoken with the landlord about this umteen number of times and now society has decided not to give NOC to the tenant however the tenant is still not moving then what needs to be done. Can some one tell me the exact procedure that needs to be followed. As I am a chairman of a housing society facing this issue
