Tenant using parking space even after vacating the house

Hi,

My tenant has vacated my house 2 months back. But they are still not taking their car out from our parking space. We requested them thrice, but they are not responding properly (not picking the call most of the time).

This is creating a problem for our current tenant.

Please help me to know, how to solve this problem legally?

Can I file a complaint about this? If yes what complaint should I file?

Thanks,

Manoj

since your tenant vaccated your house, the relationship of landlord and tennant does not exist now. He is an outsider now and he cannot park his vehicle in your parking space. Issue legal notice asking him to remove the car and also demand rent for keeping his car in your parking space. If he fails to send reply give police complaint and they will remove the vehicle.
