I'm writing this on behalf of my mother. We have gave the shop for rent to Mr.Loganathan for Automobile shop in the year 2012.The agreement has been rewealed every 11 months till oct 2015.We had informed him to vacat the shop in Feb 2012 (due to abuse work ).and so he stopped giving the rental amount.We have informed to local police station. As a result they requested to give other 3 months time to him and signed the same. This has been continued twice but still he is not vacating the shop.He is having the polical voice and so he is threating myself and my mother. Our house is next to the shop and so he gathers the peope drink and doing all the abuse work in front of our house.If we file the case it will take a long time and we are not able to handle this tortual for a long .We already gave the keviator twice to him .Kindly help on this !!
