Tenant not ready to vacate the building

This is regards the rent agreement. The tenant is not ready to vacant the building after completion of 11months agreement and he is not ready to pay the due of 2months of lock down period? He is acting arrogant and rude.

Here my question is how can go legally go against him about this issue

Any one please suggest me on this?

Any one please suggest me how to legal claim that money

Quick Summary
A landlord is seeking advice because their tenant is refusing to vacate the property after their 11-month agreement has ended. The tenant is also reportedly not paying rent for a two-month lockdown period and is behaving rudely. The recommended legal course of action is to serve the tenant with a formal legal notice, which clearly states the landlord's intention to pursue legal proceedings if the matter isn't resolved.

You have to send a legal notice to tenant for vacate the premises. By sending legal notice it can give a clear intention on the part of the sender to file a lawsuit for the purpose of resolving the issue to which the other party might respond immediately to save oneself from court proceedings. A person can easily describe his grievance in a legal notice with the help of an Advocate.0
