I have tenant in pune
flat is on 1st floor
3rd floor people were doing welding and some dirt come in balcony
when tenant came to them ,owner of3rd flat said u r tenant u dont have right to say and that educated fellow just come back
I told tenant to stop paying mainetnece till in socity meeting us issue is taken up
that educated fellow still paid maintence ,and no meeting happened till last 6 months
what should I do

Give a written complaint to the society and send a copy to registrar of societies.
