Hi experts, please suggest what can be done in the following scenario.
In our Apartment there are 6 flats. The tenant in one of the flats has not paid the maintenance for the past 3 months. When we called up his Owner the owner says that his tenant has not even paid him rent for the past 4 months. We have not registered/formed the Association yet and therefore there are no bye laws to govern what we can do in such a scenario.
So kindly suggest on what we can do in this scenario where the Tenant is not paying the maintenance. Can we cut his water connection etc? How can we handle this?
