i am having a commercial shop which is on rent. I have paid an advance to the landlord for purchasing the rented place after 9 month by making full payment of the same.
Pls advise do i need to continue paying rent for the coming 9 months till the property is registered to me.
If i dont pay the rent since i have paid advance what can bee the consequences of this?
What action can the landlord can take on account of not paying any rent since i have paid advance for the same.
Pls advise.
