I don't think you will get injunction restraining the government authorites constructing dam. You will have to explore for new ways (road) for reaching your farm.

Dear!
Yes you can seek injunction against the Government. however you will have to present your case as of human rights case and involving rights of the Public at large. No law permits to cause neusance to any person or group of person unless an equal easement is not provided to such group of person. Its a very siple case. you should contact your lawyer for the same.

Can permanent and mandatory Injunction be obtained directly from High Court against the malafide and harassing activity of revenue dept, doing in collusion with son oft the vendor in my land.
