Technical resignation in psu

Hello all

i am currently working in a PSU in delhi as assistant manager and nw i have been selected for manager (E4) in another PSU. I want to join there. i want to know whether any DPE guideline for technical resignation is there for moving from one PSU to another PSU. As i heard that in technical resignation we can come back to old PSU  within 15 days of resignation in central govt jobs. Is there any such facility for PSU to PSU exist?

I have another query regarding my leaves (earned and half pay leave) , can i transfer my leaves from old PSU to the new PSU? is it possible to do it, if yes would there b any loss for me?

Is ther any posting rules for female employees? I want to be posted in delhi and noida as husband is working in delhi in central govt (but not an permanent employee).

kindly reply to my queries asap as i hv to give resignation in my current PSU. thanx

Have you taken the NOC from your old employer ? if yes then you can easily join the new company but serve your notice period. You can't transfer your leaves. No special rule but you can request for that.

if tgehnical resignation will be allowed then leaves will also be trasnferred and old employer will pay the new empl;oyer in lieu of the same.

I have worked in MTNL. (Central PSU) for 4 yrs 4 months and in MTNL there is bond period for 5 yrs containing 2 lacs and I have resigned through proper channel by taking NOC for appearing in ENGG. Services examination 2012 conducted by UPSC. After that I am selected as Group-A gazetted officer and I have joined this post by giving prior one month notice to MTNL. After 5 months of joining MTNL sends me letter asking me to deposit amount in lieu of 2 months notice period (i.e. Rs 85802) and Bond amount due for remaing 8 months.(Rs 26684)....total....Rs 112486..

now the question is that Can my resignstion be treated as technical resignation and should I be escaped from paying that required amount...????

is DOPT guidelines are applicable tu PSUs...???
