I am working in an autonomous institute under central goverment. Now I am joining a new position in institute under central university having central govt. scales. I was selected through interview and applied through proper channel. I was in new pension scheme. I want to know whether My Earned leave (EL) and NPS fund will transfer to new place. I am still didnt get the NPS no. from my present institute. I want to know what are the other benefits shall i get (eg. transfer allowance etc.).
